On a hill facing the beautiful Mediterranean sea and in walking distance to the gorgeous and wild beaches villa Aretousa enjoys the most beautiful sunsets emerging every evening with the most wonderful colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design and the use of natural materials throughout is stunning. The villa has been built with local natural stone and round tree trunks combined with natural clay tiles which make it feel like it was always part of its surrounding landscape. The villa and pool area is not overlooked by the other villas which are located on the hillside behind villa Aretousa. Villa Aretousa’s design was based on the concept of luxury, comfort, and elegance blended with functionality. Using natural earthly materials and offering a wonderful space to relax, to play and to entertain. At the same time consideration has been given to the respect of the traditional local architecture and the harmonic integration with the surrounding natural environment. With large garden areas on each side and in front of the pool, it blends naturally with the surrounding olive groves on the small hill where it is situated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The heated pool enables you to enjoy a swim even late at night under the countless stars anytime of the year! The standard temperature of the pool is set at 23-24 degrees which makes it comfortable to dive in anytime of the day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Interior<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The combination of traditional stone walls and wooden ceilings create a special charm. 
In total 110sqm living space ensure spacious rooms. As you enter the villa you are greeted with an elegant living space which extends itself in the dining and kitchen area in an open plan configuration. Comfort and functionality, elegance and beauty are reflected in this space..
The extraordinary beauty of the exterior view is harmoniously invited indoors through an all glass wall connection. There are two bedrooms in this villa. A double bedroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Our master bedroom is a marvel of beauty. Luxury and style blend in the choice of materials ( natural wood beam and plank ceilings, exquisite tile floors, a jacuzzi and separate wc, air-conditioning unit, colorful curtains which give a pleasant light into the room, carefully chosen quality furniture, and a personal balcony. Our second bedroom shares the same uncompromising qualities as our master bedroom, in addition to which it is situated right at the edge of the pool.
A large window at the pool side of the bedroom frames a magnificent view, looking over the pool and beyond to the endless blue, the sea, the sky…
Our second bathroom is a play thing in itself as well as a relaxing spot. Equipped with a small Swedish sauna room ( after which you can enjoy a swim in the pool ), and a wonderful water jet massage shower. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
