This beautiful three bedroom stone villa is in a quiet and very private location surrounded by olive trees. Its own impressive 16mx4m infinity pool stretches along the front terrace area, offering wide sun bathing and recreational space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside it,  the outdoor heated jacuzzi has the same panoramic view, guarantees countless hours of relaxation having all the worries melting away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Villa Ariadni is best for families with kids in any age. The floorplan ensures a maximum of privacy for 2-3 couples sharing the villa. Two additional shaded terraces at each side of the building offer private areas away from the pool-terrace for privacy and relaxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built out of local natural stone and round tree trunks combined with natural clay tiles it feels like it was always part of its surrounding landscape. The area is so quite you will often get the impression that it is all your private estate to experience and enjoy.\u200b Villa Ariadni’s design was based on the concept of luxury, comfort, and elegance blended with functionality. Using natural earthly materials and offering a wonderful space to relax, to play and to entertain. At the same time consideration has been given to the respect of the traditional local architecture and the harmonic integration with the surrounding natural environment. With large garden areas on each side it blends naturally with the surrounding olive groves on the small hill where it is situated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Outdoor Jacuzzi is very easy to use, just with the push of a button, and is set on 32 degrees. It gets warmed up very quickly and is available for use anytime you wish!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Interior<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The combination of traditional stone walls and wooden ceilings create a special charm. Two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and jacuzzi as well as a separate WC. The third bedroom reaches shower and WC via a few stairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total 160sqm living space ensure spacious rooms. Built out of local natural stone, wood, and terracotta, it reflects a warm and familiar sense of homeness. As you enter the villa you will be greeted with a lavish open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. A few steps up will lead you to the bedroom areas with wooden floors and wooden beam and plank ceilings. There are three bedrooms in this level of the villa. The two master bedrooms with their own jacuzzi in an open plan configuration and a seperate wc room, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. From each master bedroom there is access to a private balcony area. All rooms are airconditioned. The large pool terrace has direct access to the kitchen and living room spaces for easy outdoor dinning and entertaining. The villa is equipped with its own wine cooler. For those moments when you really need a refreshment, just reach out. Our guests may also marvel at the extraordinary Cretan night sky with our star-gazer telescope.
